Sanjeev Duggal is the CEO and Executive Director of Centum Learning. He has also been appointed as the Co-Chairman of FICCI Skill Development Forum. Sanjeev, with his unwavering commitment to creating employability in the country, coupled with his entrepreneurial flair and passion for developing people, has shaped the mandate of Centum Learning.

A sociologist by education and armed with over 25 years of experience, he has a proven track record in establishing and leading successful customer centric organisations with large resource base, managing transitions profitably and training & development. Prior to joining Centum Learning, Sanjeev created and led India's premier training and consulting organisation, which spearheaded several initiatives aimed at creating employability skills in multiple domains.

He is a member of elite institutions and a frequent speaker on issues related to "People, Capability and Development" at national and international forums. His thought leadership on these subjects has been clearly recognized by industry, government leaders and media. He is also a visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Besides, he is an honorary trustee of a leading international Human Rights NGO called Breakthrough.
